My muscle ache!! all thanks to PE yesterday.
1. Ran 0.5km
2. Did crunches. (had to hold for 10 second per time. we did 15 times)
3. 40 push ups
4. Shuttle run at the volleyball court without the mat. 1.2 metres i guess
5. Long jump (the shuttle run route. withous the mat. 4 times.)
6. 200 step ups.
7. (this was not PE la) but.. we had to climb up 4 levels.cuz classroom's at level 4!!!


(I just heard some loud plane zoom past. freaky. I think they were rehearsing for national day.)

math and science tuition= boring!
